Rebuilt & Remodeled: From Log to Modern Home
The reason we’ve titled this home ‘Rebuilt and Remodeled"‘ is because the original log home was destroyed in a house fire and rebuilt in 2018 under Lance as the acting superintendent and project manager, and then remodeled in 2024 under Wasatch Back Construction as the clients were looking to sell (which they did in the mid-2024). Lance and Josh are currently doing some additional remodeling for the new owners, and we’ll be posting more details about that on instagram - the counter top for instance has a story. The previous owners fell in love with this unique stone slab and just had to have it but the new owners were looking to replace it to match something a little more in tune with their style and do away with the bar height, however they also developed a fondness for it and rather than discard, they tried to moved it to a different location, pictures to come of that repurposed gem soon.
Lance and Josh have been repeatedly called back to work on additions, remodels and new builds from their past clients because the experience was so positive building with them. The feedback we get most often is when they say they are going to do something, they do it, and that makes them stand out from other builders. Happy clients are an added gold star to the business, but for Lance and Josh it adds a sense of appreciation and pride to their work.
