This was our biggest project for 2024 - a custom remodel that ended up being a complete rebuild in Deer Valley. If you were in Park City during the winter of 2023 and remember the record snow we received -  it caused some major roof bowing, which resulted in structural damage to the house. During the rebuild there were major architectural changes in the roof design and interior layout. We’ll be posting the before and after photos on instagram to show how it’s possible to make these kinds of renovations and completely change the feel of the house. The owners were a dream to work with and they were happy with the new look and function. One of our favorite features of this house is the stained beechwood and walnut cabinetry.
